1. Who we are

Moment 24 (“Service”) is operated by goodday lab (Korean: 굿데이랩), Republic of Korea. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our mobile app and related websites (including moment24.app).

2. Information we collect

• Account & profile: email or social-login identifiers (Google, Kakao, Naver, Apple where available), display name, @handle, optional avatar, bio, country flag, visibility settings.
• User-generated content (UGC): short videos (“moments”), captions, comments, likes, direct messages, friend-circle messages, and related metadata (time band, location label you enter, visibility).
• Social graph: follows, follow requests, blocks, reports.
• Contact-based friend discovery (optional): if you opt in, phone numbers from your address book are normalized and converted to one-way hashes on your device before upload. We do not store your raw phone book or plaintext phone numbers on our servers for matching.
• Device & push: push notification tokens (FCM), device locale, app version, and permission choices.
• Technical logs: IP address, timestamps, and diagnostic data processed by our hosting providers when you use the Service.
• Invite links: when someone opens an invite URL, standard web/server logs may record the request; install attribution may use Play Install Referrer on Android.
• Purchases & subscriptions (optional): if you buy journal storage on Android, Google Play processes payment. We receive purchase tokens, product IDs, subscription status, and expiry information to verify entitlements via the Google Play Developer API. We do not collect or store your credit card or bank account numbers.
• Advertising (AdMob): gallery feeds may show banner ads via Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK). The SDK may process advertising ID (GAID / IDFA where applicable), approximate location derived from IP, app interaction signals, diagnostic data, and other device identifiers for ad serving, measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention. You can reset or limit the advertising ID in your device settings.

3. How we use information

• Provide core features: capture, upload, feeds, galleries, messaging, notifications, translation, and account management.
• Suggest people you may know (contact hash matching, mutual friends, discover recommendations).
• Moderate content, enforce blocks/reports, and protect users.
• Send push notifications you have allowed (follows, likes, comments, messages, etc.).
• Operate “Hall of Fame” / Best archives and optional brand events.
• Verify and apply paid journal storage entitlements from Google Play.
• Show ads and measure ad performance (AdMob).
• Improve reliability, security, and abuse prevention.

4. Translation of UGC

When you choose to translate posts or comments, text may be sent to our backend and Google Cloud Translation to return a translation. Results may be cached to reduce cost and latency. We do not use your content to train our own models.

5. Third-party processors

We rely on trusted providers, including:

• Supabase — authentication, database, file storage, server functions.
• Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — push delivery on Android.
• Google / Kakao / Naver / Apple — sign-in (depending on your region and choices).
• Google Cloud Translation — optional UGC translation.
• Google Play — app distribution, install referrer, and in-app subscription billing.
• Google AdMob — in-app banner ads in gallery feeds. See also Google’s ads privacy materials and AdMob policies.

Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy policies.

6. Retention & deletion

• Public feed rotation: moments may leave public galleries after time/count (N/T/M) limits. Leaving a public gallery does not mean permanent storage.
• Journal retention: on the Free tier, moments in your personal journal may also be removed from servers after a retention period (e.g. ~90 days), except items protected as Best winners, event entries, or under active moderation review. Paid journal storage keeps server copies while your subscription (including any grace period recognized by Play) is active.
• Account deletion: you may delete your account in app settings; this triggers permanent removal of your account and associated server data via our deletion process.
• Contact sync off: you can revoke contact upload in settings; stored hashes are removed according to our server policy.
• Subscription records: purchase verification data is kept while your account is active and as needed for billing disputes, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.

7. Your choices & rights

• Access and update profile information in the app.
• Control visibility (public / followers / private) per moment where supported.
• Disable push notifications in system settings.
• Block users and report content.
• Request access, correction, or deletion by emailing us (see Contact).

If you are in the EEA/UK or other regions with privacy laws, you may have additional rights (access, portability, objection, complaint to a supervisory authority). We will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 14 (or the minimum age required in your country). If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International transfers

Data may be processed in countries where our providers operate (including the United States). We use providers that apply appropriate safeguards for cross-border processing.

10. Security

We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls, authenticated APIs). No method is 100% secure; use a strong login method and keep your device updated.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new version at this URL and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.

Moment 24(이하 “서비스”)는 굿데이랩이 운영합니다. 본 방침은 모바일 앱 및 moment24.app 등 관련 웹에서 개인정보를 어떻게 처리하는지 설명합니다.

2. 수집하는 정보

• 계정·프로필: 이메일 또는 소셜 로그인(Google, Kakao, Naver, Apple 등), 닉네임, @핸들, 아바타, 소개, 국기, 공개 설정.
• 이용자 콘텐츠(UGC): 짧은 영상(모먼트), 코멘트, 댓글, 좋아요, DM, 친구 서클 메시지, 시간대·위치 라벨·공개 범위 등 메타데이터.
• 소셜 관계: 팔로우, 팔로우 요청, 차단, 신고.
• 연락처 친구 찾기(선택): 동의 시 연락처 번호를 기기에서 정규화·단방향 해시한 뒤 업로드합니다. 서버에 연락처 원본·평문 번호를 저장하지 않습니다.
• 기기·푸시: FCM 토큰, 기기 언어, 앱 버전, 알림 권한.
• 기술 로그: IP, 접속 시각 등 호스팅 사업자가 처리하는 로그.
• 초대 링크: 초대 URL 접속 시 웹/서버 로그가 기록될 수 있으며, Android는 Play Install Referrer로 설치 출처를 확인할 수 있습니다.
• 결제·구독(선택): Android에서 보관함 구독 시 Google Play가 결제를 처리합니다. 당사는 구매 토큰, 상품 ID, 구독 상태·만료 정보를 Google Play Developer API로 검증해 혜택을 적용합니다. 신용카드·계좌번호는 수집·보관하지 않습니다.
• 광고(AdMob): 갤러리 피드에 Google AdMob(Google Mobile Ads SDK) 배너가 표시될 수 있습니다. SDK는 광고 제공·측정·분석·부정 이용 방지를 위해 광고 ID(GAID/IDFA 등), IP 기반 대략적 위치, 앱 상호작용·진단 정보, 기타 기기 식별자를 처리할 수 있습니다. 기기 설정에서 광고 ID를 재설정·제한할 수 있습니다.

3. 이용 목적

• 촬영·업로드·피드·갤러리·메시지·알림·번역·계정 관리 등 서비스 제공
• 친구 추천(연락처 해시 매칭, 공통 친구, discover)
• 신고·차단·모더레이션 및 안전
• 푸시 알림 발송(허용한 경우)
• 명예의 전당(Best) 아카이브 및 이벤트 운영
• Google Play 구독 검증 및 유료 보관함 혜택 적용
• 광고 표시 및 광고 성과 측정(AdMob)
• 보안·안정성·어뷰징 방지

4. UGC 번역

게시물·댓글 번역 기능 사용 시, 텍스트가 서버를 거쳐 Google Cloud Translation으로 전달될 수 있으며, 결과는 캐시될 수 있습니다. 당사가 자체 AI 모델 학습에 UGC를 사용하지 않습니다.

6. 보관·삭제

• 공개 갤러리: N/T/M 정책에 따라 공개 노출이 종료될 수 있습니다. 공개 갤러리에서 내려가도 저널에 영구 보관되는 것은 아닙니다.
• 저널 보관: 무료 이용 시 본인 저널의 모먼트도 보관 기간(예: 약 90일) 후 서버에서 삭제될 수 있습니다. Best 당선·이벤트·신고 검토 중 콘텐츠는 예외일 수 있습니다. 유료 보관함은 구독(Play 유예 기간 포함)이 유효한 동안 서버 보관이 유지됩니다.
• 설정에서 계정 삭제 시, 서버 데이터가 영구 삭제 절차를 따릅니다.
• 연락처 동기화는 설정에서 해제할 수 있습니다.
• 구독 검증 기록은 계정 유지 기간 및 분쟁·부정 이용 방지·법적 의무에 필요한 범위에서 보관합니다.

7. 이용자 권리

• 앱에서 프로필 열람·수정
• 모먼트 공개 범위 설정
• 시스템 설정에서 알림 거부
• 차단·신고
• 이메일로 열람·정정·삭제 요청

개인정보보호법 등 관련 법령에 따른 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.

8. 아동

서비스는 만 14세 미만(또는 거주 국가의 최소 연령)을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 아동 정보가 수집된 것으로 판단되면 연락 주시면 삭제합니다.

9. 국외 이전

데이터는 Supabase·Google 등 해외 리전에서 처리될 수 있습니다.

10. 안전조치

전송 구간 암호화, 접근 통제 등 합리적 보호 조치를 사용합니다.

11. 변경

본 방침을 개정할 수 있으며, 이 페이지에 게시합니다.
