1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Moment 24 (“Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. The Service

Moment 24 lets you capture short video “moments” in time-of-day bands, share them with others, react with likes and comments, follow people, message friends, and explore global and local feeds. Optional features include translation, brand events, and “Hall of Fame” archives for standout moments.

4. Eligibility

• You must be at least 14 years old (or the minimum age in your country).
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
• You may not use the Service if you are barred under applicable law.

5. Your account

• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You may delete your account in settings; deletion is permanent for server-held data subject to our Privacy Policy.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community.

6. Content rules & license

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your content solely to operate and promote the Service (including feeds, thumbnails, Best archives, and event galleries).

You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or violent
• Infringes others’ intellectual property or privacy
• Contains spam, malware, or deceptive impersonation
• Depicts minors inappropriately or endangers others
• Circumvents technical limits (e.g. automated uploads, abuse of reports)

7. Time bands & upload limits

• Unless an event rules say otherwise, you may upload one moment per time band per local day for standard categories.
• Time bands follow your device local time, not a single global timezone.
• Sleep/closed bands may block uploads.
• We may change band schedules, limits, or event rules with notice when practical.

8. Public visibility & rotation

Public moments appear in rotating galleries subject to visibility settings and platform capacity rules (N/T/M). A moment may leave public view while remaining in your journal. Server retention and purge policies are described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Hall of Fame & events

• Standout public moments may be selected for “impressive moment” highlights or archives.
• Archived winners may receive additional protection from deletion.
• Brand events may have separate rules, prizes, and deadlines shown in the app.
• Selection uses automated scoring plus platform rules; there is no guarantee of selection or prizes unless explicitly stated for an event.

10. Social features

• Follows, DMs, and friend features must be used respectfully. Unsolicited harassment is prohibited.
• Contact-based discovery requires your explicit opt-in.
• Blocking and reporting are available; we may act on reports at our discretion.

11. Paid subscriptions (Journal storage)

Optional journal storage subscriptions are sold through Google Play on Android. We do not process card payments directly.

• Free: up to 30 owned moments in your journal; server copies may be removed after about 90 days (see Privacy Policy).
• Plus (journal_storage_100): up to 100 owned moments while active.
• Unlimited (journal_storage_unlimited): no storage cap while active.
• All owned moments count toward the limit — daily uploads, events, and video reacts included.
• Only one paid plan is active at a time; a higher tier replaces a lower one.
• Subscriptions auto-renew each billing period until you cancel in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions).
• Prices, taxes, free trials, and regional pricing are shown in Google Play at purchase.
• Refunds and payment disputes follow Google Play policies; contact Google Play for billing issues.
• While a paid subscription (including any grace period recognized by Play) is active, paid server storage benefits apply. After expiry, your account returns to the Free tier.
• Downgrade / expiry: we do not auto-delete existing moments. If you are over the Free limit, new uploads are blocked until you are within the limit or resubscribe.
• Use Restore purchases in the app when reinstalling or switching devices.
• Before deleting your account, cancel any active subscription in Google Play first.

Subscription terms may also be shown in the app paywall and settings.

12. Moderation

We may remove content, restrict visibility, or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law, with or without notice. Repeat or severe violations may result in permanent termination.

13. Third-party services

Login, hosting, push, translation, and app stores are provided by third parties. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.

14. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation, especially during Open Beta.

15. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS FOR THE SERVICE OR (B) USD $100, IF APPLICABLE LAW ALLOWS SUCH A CAP.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, limits apply to the fullest extent permitted.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator from claims arising out of your content, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or others’ rights.

17. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted at this URL. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

18. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Korea shall have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise.

3. 서비스 내용

시간대별 짧은 영상(모먼트)을 촬영·공유하고, 좋아요·댓글·팔로우·메시지·갤러리 탐색 등을 제공합니다. 번역, 브랜드 이벤트, 명예의 전당(Best) 아카이브 기능이 포함될 수 있습니다.

4. 이용 자격

• 만 14세 이상(또는 거주 국가의 최소 연령)이어야 합니다.
• 정확한 정보를 제공하고 계정을 안전하게 관리해야 합니다.
• 법령상 이용이 금지된 경우 서비스를 사용할 수 없습니다.

5. 계정

• 계정에서 발생하는 활동에 대한 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
• 설정에서 계정을 삭제할 수 있으며, 삭제는 개인정보 처리방침에 따른 범위에서 영구적일 수 있습니다.
• 약관 위반·커뮤니티 유해 행위 시 이용을 제한하거나 해지할 수 있습니다.

6. 콘텐츠 및 이용 허락

업로드한 콘텐츠의 저작권은 이용자에게 있습니다. 다만 서비스 운영(피드, 썸네일, Best, 이벤트 노출 등)에 필요한 범위에서 전 세계적·비독점적·무상 이용 허락을 부여합니다.

다음 콘텐츠는 금지됩니다:

• 불법·혐오·괴롭힘·성적 착취·폭력적 내용
• 타인의 저작권·초상권·개인정보 침해
• 스팸·악성코드·사칭
• 아동 대상 부적절 콘텐츠 또는 타인의 위험 조장
• 기술적 제한 우회·신고 남용 등 어뷰징

7. 시간대 및 업로드 제한

• 일반 시간대는 로컬 기준 하루·밴드당 1회 업로드 원칙을 따릅니다(이벤트 규칙 별도).
• 시간대는 기기 로컬 시각을 기준으로 합니다.
• 수면 등 비활성 밴드에서는 업로드가 제한될 수 있습니다.

8. 공개 노출 및 로테이션

공개 모먼트는 N/T/M 등 플랫폼 정책에 따라 갤러리에서 내려갈 수 있으며, 본인 저널에는 남을 수 있습니다. 서버 보관·삭제는 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다.

9. 명예의 전당·이벤트

• 인상적인 순간으로 선정된 콘텐츠는 하이라이트·아카이브에 포함될 수 있습니다.
• 당선 콘텐츠는 삭제 보호 등 추가 정책이 적용될 수 있습니다.
• 브랜드 이벤트는 앱 내 별도 규칙·기한·경품 조건을 따릅니다.

10. 소셜 기능

• 팔로우·DM 등은 상대방을 존중하여 이용해야 합니다.
• 연락처 친구 찾기는 별도 동의 후에만 동작합니다.
• 차단·신고가 가능하며, 운영자는 위반 시 조치할 수 있습니다.

11. 유료 구독(보관함 용량)

Android 앱에서 Google Play를 통해 선택 구독 상품을 판매합니다. 신용카드 등 결제 정보는 당사가 직접 수집·보관하지 않습니다.

• 무료: 저널 소장 모먼트 최대 30개; 서버 보관본은 약 90일 후 삭제될 수 있습니다(개인정보 처리방침 참고).
• Plus (journal_storage_100): 활성 기간 동안 최대 100개.
• 무제한 (journal_storage_unlimited): 활성 기간 동안 용량 제한 없음.
• 일일 업로드·이벤트·영상댓글 등 소유한 모든 모먼트가 한도에 포함됩니다.
• 유료 플랜은 동시에 1개만 활성이며, 상위 구독이 하위를 대체합니다.
• 구독은 해지하기 전까지 자동 갱신됩니다. 해지·결제 수단 변경은 Google Play(결제 및 구독)에서 합니다.
• 가격·세금·무료 체험·지역별 가격은 구매 시 Play에 표시된 내용을 따릅니다.
• 환불·결제 분쟁은 Google Play 정책을 따르며, 결제 문의는 Play를 이용해 주세요.
• 유료 구독(Play가 인정하는 유예 기간 포함)이 유효한 동안 유료 서버 보관 혜택이 적용됩니다. 만료 후 무료 티어로 복귀합니다.
• 다운그레이드·만료: 기존 모먼트를 자동 삭제하지 않습니다. 무료 한도를 초과하면 새 업로드만 제한되며, 한도 내로 정리하거나 재구독할 수 있습니다.
• 재설치·기기 변경 시 앱의 구매 복원을 이용하세요.
• 계정 삭제 전 Google Play에서 활성 구독을 먼저 해지해 주세요.

구독 관련 안내는 앱 내 paywall·설정에도 표시될 수 있습니다.

12. 모더레이션

약관·법령 위반 콘텐츠는 삭제·비공개·계정 제한 등의 조치를 할 수 있습니다.

13. 제3자 서비스

로그인·호스팅·푸시·번역·앱 스토어는 제3자가 제공하며, 각 사업자의 약관이 적용됩니다.

14. 면책

서비스는 “있는 그대로” 제공되며, 특히 오픈 베타 기간 중 무중단·무오류를 보장하지 않습니다.

15. 책임 제한

법이 허용하는 범위에서, 운영자는 간접·특별·결과적 손해에 책임지지 않으며, 청구에 대한 총 책임은 관련 법령이 정한 범위 내에서 제한됩니다.

16. 준거법·관할

본 약관은 대한민국 법을 준거법으로 합니다.
